  How to make an appointment:

 

  • Please contact us by phone, text message , contact form or email.

  • If we are unable to answer your call, please leave your name, phone number, and a brief message about the treatment(s) you are interested in receiving and we will contact you as soon as possible. 

  • If you have not received a reply after 24 hours, please send a message directly to this email.

  • Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

 

  • All appointments can be scheduled by phone, text message , contact form or email

  • Please show up to your scheduled appointment on time. If you are going to be late, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. Clients who do not contact us and are over 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full appointment fee and will only be entitled to the remaining time in their appointment slot. 

  • If you need to change the time or date of your appointment OR need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made without 24-hour notice will be charged the full appointment .

  • Small businesses are limited in the number of people we can accept per day. Sudden cancellations or changes to appointments can make our business untenable.

    order to ensure that all guests have equal access to the spa, the same rules apply to everyone without        exception, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • If you wish to make an appointment outside of business hours, the massage fee will be increased by 20%.

 

Please disclose if you have any of the following symptoms or ailments

 

 

  • Bruises

  • Dislocations

  • Fractures

  • Sprains

  • Injury

  • Cuts or Lacerations

  • Appendicitis

  • Enteritis

  • Muscle Inflammation

  • Thrombosis, Arteriosclerosis, or Vein Cure

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Heart Disease

  • Diabetes

  • Cancer

  • Fever

  • Infectious Disease

  • Skin Disease

  • Osteoporosis

  • Any serious illness

  • COVID-19 Screening for Customers(if your answer to any of the following questions is "YES" you will not be able to enter the spa.  

  • 1, Do you, or anyone you live with, have any COVID-19 symptoms?

  • 2, Have you had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?

  • ​please refrain from making appointment for at least two weeks after vaccination.

        

 

  Please Note: Clients will have their health needs assessed at the discretion of the masseuse, who may decline the client’s appointment if it is deemed unsafe in any capacity.

 

    Possible reactions after massage
The stagnant flow of qi, blood and lymph starts to flow well in the body and waste products are easily discharged.
Therefore, fatigue substances may spread and cause a general feeling of fatigue.
It is a phenomenon of the body's process toward recovery. Drink plenty of lukewarm water after the massage because waste products tend to be excreted.
Muscle pain after massage can be caused by too much pressure, or because too hard muscles are not used in daily life, too much lactic acid can build up and cause the muscles to react.
The longer you go muscle-free, the more muscle pain you may experience after exercising.
The cause of muscle pain after exercise is the same.

Massage clothes:

 Please bring comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement to your massage appointment. 

Payment:

Two types of payment methods
Cash payment or ETRANSFER payment is available only for advance payment.
ETRANSFER payments are sometimes subject to a time lag, so to avoid payment problems, we only accept cash payments after your visit to the spa.

 

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM (Final appointments are scheduled at 3 PM)

  • Saturday and Sunday appointments must be booked 2 days in advance.

  • Temporary close Saturday .
